Sunday, July 28th - Farm Tour Update

posted Jul 28, 2013, 5:29 AM by Mary Fendrick
Delicious sweet white corn from Lewis Orchard on sale today - $4 a dozen until sold out. Now is the time to buy an extra dozen or two to freeze for the winter. Here is how to do it:

Free hay wagon rides around the farm will continue during the dry periods today. The wagon is uncovered and won't be running during rainy periods. Visitors are welcome to drive their vehicles up to the dairy to see our Voluntary Milking System and beautiful Guernsey cows.

Ice cream and peaches and some of our other activities will move down to the market today because of the weather.

If you are interested in picking your own fruits and vegetables, those fields will be open rain or shine unless their is thunder and lightning.

See you at Rock Hill!
