In July, Rock Hill Orchard is included in the annual Montgomery County Farm Tour and Harvest Sale. Both educational and enjoyable, it is an excellent choice for a family outing. We offer hay rides on our farm wagons, drawn by antique tractors, as well as ice cream sundaes topped with our own juicy tree-ripened peaches. We also open our pick your own patches for fresh flowers or other seasonal crops, such as blackberries.

Should you come in September or October, you may enjoy our fall harvest. School trips may be organized so students may enjoy a hay ride, visiting our pigs, or picking their own pumpkins or apples. Please contact us for more information. School groups and other groups may enjoy these activities by reservation only.

Each weekend in October we offer free hayrides Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Visitors also enjoy picking pumpkins and apples, as well as picnicking in the orchard. Decorated pumpkins show the way to the pumpkin patch, while hot, spiced cider can be sipped at the farm market. Please call ahead for availability and hours.
